Availability Factor

The Availability factor is one of the three OEE factors and describes to what percentage a resource is available during the planned production time. 100% Availability score means that the process is always running during the planned production time. Reasons for a lowered availability of a resource can be the following:

  • Maintenance (planned)
  • Adjustments (unplanned)
  • technical disturbance/failure (unplanned)

By clicking the box on the right side you can (de-)activate the display of the chosen item for every process step individually.
